During the crucial two-week session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), Mar. 2-13, there have been several letters on Women Empowerment. A Letter to the Editor from India, submitted to The Hindu, laments   Centuries are passing.The fate of the women is not changing….Women representation in legislative bodies is only eight percent in India.Educational facilities and Employment opportunities for the rural women are meager…

This is a global issue. Something for everyone to think about.

    I am so happy that I found your blog PublishaLetter Blog » Blog Archive » Gender Empowerment. Fabulous article. I have checked out a few of your other posts and found some great information too. Just wanted to say that it is so much garbage out there and it is nice to know some people still put time into managing their sites. Thanks a lot !
